Where is Tiny Bee located?

We are an online-only store, based in Melbourne, Vic.

Can I pick up an item from your warehouse?

Pick up option is available for Melbourne customers. Pick up location is in Epping, Melbourne.

Do you ship Australia wide?

We provide shipping to most Australian addresses (excluding some areas outside of our courier's delivery zone). Please note, we do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We would love to make our products available to as many people as possible. If you are interested in having our products available in your country, please contact us at sales@tinybee.com.au

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $10 for Standard Postage, and $15 for Express Postage, except for bulky items.

For bulky items, shipping cost will vary depending on your location and items in your cart. Please enter your postcode at check out for an exact shipping cost.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

Why do I receive an out-of-stock notification?

If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will receive an out-of-stock notification email from Tiny Bee within 2-3 business days.

Items available while stocks last, however unforeseen supply problems may result in stock being unavailable. If this occurs, we may be able to offer either of the following options:

  • An alternate item, either of a different colour or size where applicable. If we have not received a reply from you within 3 business days, we will automatically cancel your order and issue a refund.
  • Offer a "Back Order" where we have been advised that the item will be re-stocked by the supplier in our next delivery. Please note, we have no control over any issues that may impede our third-party suppliers in restocking items.

If items are out of stock, and we are unable to offer the above, a refund will be issued as soon as possible. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Current turnover time for personalised items are 7-10 business days.

Please allow delivery transit time to your nominated delivery address.

If your nominated delivery address has no one available to sign for the delivery, the driver has the authority to leave the goods at the front door as a complete delivery.

Tiny Bee is not responsible for packages that have a delayed delivery after the lodgement with the couriers.

How do I track my online order shipment?

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number on the same day your items are shipped. If your order is sent out in multiple shipments, you will get multiple tracking numbers. Please note, it may take 24 hours before your tracking link is active.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation.

Why my tracking code doesn’t work?

Sometimes tracking codes don’t become active until 72 hours after dispatch.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected, please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with the courier.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, an additional shipping fee will be applied.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from Tiny Bee.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your items have been received by Tiny Bee, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account.
